Adrian led The OptinCheckBox’s successful network for four years, targeting thousands of campaigns valued at millions of dollars, all delivered and executed through The OptinCheckBox Platform
Under Beckett’s leadership, The OptinCheckBox has grown into 100+ person company with offices in Australia, New Zealand, UAE and Sri Lanka. Prior to founding The OptinCheckBox, Adrian was an executive with Magnum Opus from 2005-2015

As Chief Technology Officer, Brian Solomon helps The OptinCheckBox build infrastructure to support scale and rapid growth, ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely
Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure, he is dedicated to crafting and leading high-performance technical teams that drive innovation and create efficiencies across the company at large.
Joining The OptinCheckBox from a previous position as CTO, Brian has over 20 years of experience in marketing technology and analytics. Brian earned his BA in Economics from Australian National University and has also held an esteemed role as Senior Director of Analytics at Microsoft.

Serah Collins speared The OptinCheckBox’s commercial growth initiatives, including international expansion and the further activation of its massive data assets across addressable channels. Brings over 15 years of executive and operational experience in the technology industry to her role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at The OptinCheckBox. Previously, Serah was part of the founding management team of a video advertising platform for converged TV across screens, serving as COO from 2008 to 2012, and as CFO from 2012 to 2015. During her tenure, Collins oversaw growth from $2.3M to over $200M in annual sales.

Tara drives business development and brand reputation across APAC. She helps our teams identify and create effective relationships with progressive brand partners. Born and raised in Sweden by a Sri Lankan father and Finnish mother, Tara has worked at creative companies in London, Melbourne and Sydney, across advertising, public relations, digital and design.
Sri Lanka
Bassam Rahman leads The OptinCheckBox’s operations where he is responsible for maintaining and increasing existing business and overseeing new customer acquisition. Bassam has more than 14 years of experience in Product Management, Business Development and Sales for powerhouses like Microsoft and Google as well as start-ups, across several Asian markets. Bassam has held senior management roles for the last 6 years, successfully recruiting, training and leading large teams to deliver commercial results.
Utah – United States
Eric is responsible for fostering growth opportunities for our people and brand partners while positioning The OptinCheckBox for access to new creative opportunities. A master innovator, connector and executor, Eric is a true hybrid talent having accumulated years of experience in almost every marketing discipline including media, strategic planning and account services. In these roles, Eric’s been a driving force behind some of The OptinCheckBox’s most successful and culture-changing work. Eric currently resides in Utah where he spends his winters and summers lost in the mountains. An entrepreneur at heart, he and his wife are also working on building a tiny house community in Utah targeting new, adventure-seeking homeowners.
Sri Lanka – Colombo
Zara is a Digital, Marketing, Online Advertising and Business Development specialist with over 17 years of experience. She has dedicated the past 5 plus years to Data management in both the agency and marketer worlds, with the majority time assisting in the development of future use cases and opportunities within the organisations. She has extensive experience working with key agencies, marketers and publishers in the APAC, EMEA and ASIA market place across all sectors from business and finance to consumer technology.

Jennifer is responsible for the office’s daily delivery of commercial, creative and cultural vibrancy. She joined the business in 2017 as Group Brand Director. Previously she led Google, Nike and Eurostar beyond traditional marketing into new product development, content, experiential and social good. Jennifer worked in a range of markets, from Sydney, to AKQA London, and Droga5 New York. She is a passionate advocate for digital innovation and the shift from talk to action. Jennifer’s a vinyasa yoga teacher with a side hustle in India, she keeps for sanity.
UAE
As the Managing Director, Omar Abdellah is known for instilling a fearless culture that creates impactful and bold ideas. After working on numerous global brands around the world, Omar led the global account in The OptinCheckBox, where he helped produce campaigns that resonated with young athletes across the world. He is fluent in Arabic, Italian, French and English and when not in the office, you can find him traveling to various destinations to understand and learn from different cultures and watch live football. Speaking football, he’s also been to 11 out of the 18 remaining World Cup Final stadium
Sri Lanka – Colombo
Edwin leads business development and communications. He is passionate about cultivating our culture of progressive creativity and building lasting relationships with like-minded partners. Edwin travelled the globe for a year just before joining The OptinCheckBox, which led him eventually to Sri Lanka. He has a great story about the month he spent volunteering in Borneo at an Orangutan Sanctuary.
